What does my agent need to get started?
An old URL list and a new URL list. Your agent imports both lists. A few redirects you already know are correct can help the matcher recognize your site’s patterns.
Question 1 of 5How are uncertain matches handled?
RedirX proposes destinations; proposals stay in review until explicitly confirmed. Your agent can inspect alternatives, ask for a decision, and use confirmed examples in another bounded pass over unresolved URLs. An uncertain match is never evidence that a page should be deleted.
Question 2 of 5Is it really free?
Yes. We’re covering the model costs while we build. No card required. Each migration supports up to 500 old URLs, with five new migrations per account in a rolling 24-hour window. Matching passes are bounded so everyone can try it. Existing exports remain available.
Question 3 of 5Can I correct a mapping?
Yes. Confirm or replace the proposed destination, then ask your agent to refine the remaining matches. Confirmed mappings stay separate from model guesses, so an unreviewed proposal never becomes a trusted example.
Question 4 of 5What can I export?
Your agent exports the approved redirect map in the supported format for your site. Unresolved rows stay out of a partial export. Installing the file is a separate action that needs your approval; an exported file is not proof that redirects are live.
